The fourth edition of WE RUN UBS 2024 has come to an end, this annual event has established itself as more than just a marathon. WE RUN UBS is an initiative driven by Blue Minds that has become a valuable opportunity to promote healthy habits and encourage networking among our employees around the world.
This year we have achieved a 92% participation of our employees!

From May 18 to 27, employees from Spain, Mexico, Italy, United States, Brazil and Turkey participated to complete the challenge: ¡Run 42 kilometers in a maximum of 10 days!

At UBS, we are committed to corporate social responsibility. Our CSR is reflected in initiatives such as WE RUN UBS, which not only promote the health and well-being of our employees, but also strengthen relationships between our employees around the world.
Throughout these days, the participants have shared with us images of their races, allowing us to follow their progress and support each other in overcoming the challenge. It has been inspiring to see how each team member has pushed themselves and celebrated their achievements and those of their teammates.
On Tuesday, May 28, we presented medals to all participants who managed to overcome the WE RUN UBS 2024 challenge. This ceremony was a recognition of the effort and dedication of all the runners, who demonstrated that together we can achieve any goal.
Many thanks to everyone who participated and completed the 42 kilometers in 10 days. We look forward to seeing you at the 5th edition, WE RUN UBS 2025!
