Print and apply labels with variable data in real time automatically on 1, 2 or 3 sides of pallets.
Manufactured to meet GS1-128 barcodes and the application identifiers (AI) recommended by the GS1.
Its flexibility allows it to easily adapt to hostile industrial environments with high production volume.
Compatible with any OEM print engine in the market (203dpi or 300dpi) depending on integration and labeling needs.
Controlled by a PLC, easily adaptable to any end-of-line using synchronization and guided alarm signals.
Speed up to 180 pallets/hour on 2 sides of the pallet.*

The elevator version APL 80ELV has a gearmotor driven lifting system that allows the labeling of stacked pallets and pallets with different heights, being able to apply labels from a height of 850mm up to 2450mm.

MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF THE LABELING SYSTEM WITH: UBS LABMAN

At United Barcode Systems we have developed the software for the management and control of all the labeling equipment of the production line.
