On September 19th, United Barcode Systems (UBS) celebrated its 30th anniversary with a gala event at the Hotel Casa Fuster, Barcelona.The occasion brought together UBS employees from all over the world and other very special guests, such as customers, distributors, suppliers and collaborators, all of whom are fundamental to the company's success over these three decades.
The event was structured around three key pillars "Remembrance, gratitude and celebration", marking the essence of the event.
· Remembrance: A moment to look back on UBS's beginnings and honor those people who, although no longer present, left an indelible mark on the organization.
· Acknowledgement: A recognition to all those who have contributed to the growth and success of UBS, from employees to strategic partners.
· Celebration: A tribute to the work together of 30 years, overcoming challenges, innovating and achieving continuous growth, always remaining united as a team.
The ceremony was opened by Antoni Bonet, CEO of United Barcode Systems, who in his speech highlighted the evolution of the company from its humble beginnings to become a global leader in the sector. Bonet mentioned: "In these three decades, UBS has grown and evolved from a small company with big dreams to a leading organization in our sector, with direct presence in 6 countries and sales in more than 60 others."

Director of IT and Service & Support at UBS, addressed a few words of thanks to all those who have accompanied UBS in its journey. "Thank you for walking alongside us, for believing in our vision and for helping us make it a reality," said Pascual, underscoring the importance of collaboration and teamwork for the success of the company.

The event culminated with a toast from all the attendees, in which Antoni Bonet concluded: "Today, we are bridging not only for what we have achieved, but for what is to come.
